何を書けばいいですか？
Four or five lines of anything, in your ordinary hand — not your best handwriting. Unlined paper works better than lined, a pen better than a pencil, and daylight better than a flash. Write something you are actually thinking about rather than copying a sentence; it shows.
写真はどう扱われますか？
Choose an anonymous reading and nothing is kept — no account, no stored image, no profile. With an account, your sample and reading are saved so your history and daily horoscopes work, and you can delete everything from your profile at any time.
料金はいくらですか？
Creating an account gives you free credits to start. A full reading uses three credits, a follow-up or a daily horoscope uses one. When you run out, credit packs start at under a dollar. If a photo turns out not to contain handwriting, you are charged the reduced rate rather than the full one.
どの言語で書かれますか？
Twelve: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, Arabic, Hebrew, Russian, Norwegian and Lithuanian. Your reading and your horoscopes are written in the language you choose, not translated after the fact.
